Saint Pierre, patron des pêcheurs est célébré chaque année à l’occasion de cette journée estivale, organisée par le Y.C.M., en collaboration avec l’ensemble des institutions monégasques (la Mairie de Monaco, la Société Nautique de Monaco, l’Association des « Pontons de Monaco », la Fondation Prince Albert II de Monaco, le Musée Océanographique, le club d’Exploration sous-marine de Monaco, l’Association Monégasque de la Protection de la Nature…).
Nine chefs working on 40+m superyachts have a rendezvous with the Superyacht Chef Competition, presided by the three-Michelin star Chef Yannick Alléno, surrounded by gastronomy experts and supervised by Chef Joël Garault, President of Goûts et Saveurs. The culinary competition puts the spotlight on gourmet cuisine at sea, another facet of yachting professions. Contestants are challenged to come up with dishes from a basket of mystery ingredients while complying with the contest’s anti-waste criteria.
Alongside the various events held in France and particularly in Provence, H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince called for a special day to celebrate the eminent man of letters, and bring his works to a contemporary audience. With the agreement of the Pagnol family, this special event will take place 48 hours before the anniversary of the writer's death on 18 April 1974. At 11 am, Prince Albert II will pay a public tribute at a ceremony attended by pupils from local schools, before the stele on Square Marcel Pagnol in the Trocadéro Gardens.
Charity fete organised by the Œuvre de Soeur Marie association in aid of the elderly, with numerous stalls selling antiques, toys, clothing, and books. There will also be a bar, buffet, and cakes, plus international stalls serving mouth-watering delicacies from around the world. Under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II and the Honorary Presidency of H.R.H. the Princess of Hanover.
À l’instar de l’an dernier, le Centre Botanique organise une grande "chasse aux plantes", pour les enfants de 3 à 12 ans scolarisés ou domiciliés à Monaco. Le jeu (d’environ 45 minutes) se déroulera en plein cœur des serres du Centre Botanique.
Les enfants pourront venir au Parc Princesse Antoinette cajoler des animaux de basse-cour venus spécialement pour l’occasion ! Ateliers de maquillage, décoration de biscuits, mascottes et distribution de chocolats… tout sera réuni pour ravir les petites têtes blondes ! - Accès libre et gratuit. À noter : un lapin de Pâques distribuera des œufs en chocolat au Marché de la Condamine, dimanche 31 mars à partir de 9h30 !
